Allumia, is a mid-market ESCo, focused on efficient lighting. We work with our customers to upgrade their lighting to high efficiency alternatives, with Allumia covering all of the costs, and the customer paying us back out of a portion of their proven savings. We use revenue grade sub-metering to measure and demonstrate exactly how much our customers are saving. On the back-end we offload projects to investment funds, receiving an upfront development margin and a share of ongoing cash-flows.
